Holly Holt, RN, BSN, MSM
Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Holt has been the Chief Executive Officer since 2012 and serves as the Administrator and Health Officer at the Florida Department of Health in Walton County. Her previous roles include serving as administrator for DOH-Holmes and Washington counties from 2003 to 2012 and Nursing Director at DOH-Holmes from 1999 to 2003. She has also worked as a Family Home Health Administrator, Nursing Case Manager, surgical floor nurse, nursing assistant/LPN instructor, and Case Reviewer.
Holly Holt earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University in 1984 and a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Healthcare Administration from Troy State University in 2002.

Ms. Holt has served as the Chief Executive Officer since 2012. She also serves as the Administrator and Health Officer of the Florida Department of Health in Walton County (DOH-Walton). Her prior experience includes serving as administrator of DOH-Holmes and Washington counties from 2003 to 2012. Before that, she served as the Nursing Director at DOH-Holmes from 1999 to 2003. Before her employment with DOH, she was the Family Home Health Administrator for the company she started. Her vast experience includes positions as Nursing Case Manager at Pediatric Primary Care. She has also worked as a surgical floor nurse. Additionally, she has experience as a nursing assistant/LPN instructor and Case Reviewer.
